Good to know

Before you get in touch

A few honest notes about what we can and can't do.

Can you guarantee a visa?
No — and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. Visa decisions are made by the embassy or high commission, not by consultancies. What we control is the quality and completeness of your application, which is where the majority of avoidable refusals come from.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The first consultation is free. Its purpose is to work out what's realistic for you before either side commits. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.
How early should I start?
Nine to twelve months before your intended intake is comfortable. Earlier is better for scholarships. If your timeline is tighter than that, talk to us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's still achievable.
What if I've already been refused once?
A previous refusal is not the end of the road, but it does need to be handled carefully and disclosed correctly. Bring the refusal letter to your consultation — the reason given determines what your next application needs to address.

Not sure which service you need?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. Tell us your situation and we'll point you at the right starting place.
